Results of 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting

16/8/2023 At Third Age Health Services Limited's shareholder meeting, held in person and online yesterday 15 August 2023 at 2pm, shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions. Resolution 2 was not supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
