Sky ASM and Closing Date for Director Nominations Sky intends to hold its Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 8 November 2023 at 10.00am (NZDT). The meeting is intended to be held online and in person, with further details of the venue to be provided in due course. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for director nominations is 5.00pm on 14 September 2023.
