Winton is pleased to confirm that this year's Annual Shareholder's Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting (virtual and in person) on 25 October 2023, commencing at 12.00pm (NZDT). Further details of the location, content and virtual participation instructions will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be distributed in due course. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Winton advises that the closing date for director nominations is 19 September 2023 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the Closing Date.
