DRP strike price

15 September 2023 DRP strike price The price at which shares will be allotted under Contact's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the 2023 full year dividend is NZ$8.1981. The shares will be issued on 26 September 2023. The price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP rules, as the volume weighted average sale price for a share calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the NZX main board market on the five trading days commencing on 7 September 2023.
