EROAD is reissuing its ASX Appendix 2A to update the number of shares issued under the Institutional Offer and Institutional Bookbuild. The number of shares previously recorded was 41,737,218 new shares being 16,571,429 shares issued under the Institutional Placement announced on 7 September 2023 and 25,165,789 shares issued under the Institutional Offer and Institutional Bookbuild announced on 7 September 2023. This should have been 41,742,072 new shares, being 16,571,429 shares issued under the Institutional Placement announced on 7 September 2023 (unchanged) and 25,170,643 shares issued under the Institutional Offer and Institutional Bookbuild announced on 7 September 2023.
