Spark NZ announces retirement of Director Charles Sitch

MARKET RELEASE - FRIDAY, 22 SEPTEMBER 2023 Spark New Zealand announces retirement of Director Charles Sitch from Spark Board Spark New Zealand Chair Justine Smyth announced today that Charles Sitch has decided to step down from the Spark Board, effective from the close of Spark's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 3 November 2023. Charles has been a Director on the Spark Board since 2011 and is currently Chair of the Audit Risk Management Committee. "Charles has made a huge contribution to the Spark Board over the last twelve years, playing a crucial role during the demerger of Chorus from Telecom, and guiding the business in its transformation from a legacy telecommunications business to the digital services provider it is today. The Board and I would like to thank Charles for his many years of service," said Justine.
