SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO SKYCITY BOARD Further to SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited's (SkyCity) announcement on 20 July 2023, all necessary regulatory approvals have now been received in relation to the appointment of Donna Cooper as a non-executive director to the SkyCity Board. Accordingly, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity advises that Donna Cooper has been appointed as a non-executive director of SkyCity effective from 28 September 2023. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.6.2, the SkyCity Board has determined, as required by NZX Listing Rules 2.6.1 and 2.6.2, that Donna Cooper is an Independent Director (as that term is defined in the NZX Listing Rules).
