2023 Annual Meeting Result

At the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX:SNC) held on 28 September 2023, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board. All voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Kuan Chong Ng, who was appointed as a Director by the Board during the year, be elected as a director of SNC o That John Cilliers, who retires in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1, and being eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a director of SNC o That the Board is authorised to fix the remuneration of the Company's auditors for the forthcoming year.
