Retirement of Director

Air New Zealand advises Jonathan Mason has retired from the Board of the Company with effect from 30 September 2023. Mr Mason's pending retirement was noted at the Annual Meeting on 26 September, at which stage the appreciation of the Board and the Company for his service since 2014 was expressed.
