Fletcher Building considers AMTN issuance

Auckland, 4 October 2023: Fletcher Building Limited announced today it has established an Australian Medium-Term Note (AMTN) programme and it is considering AMTN issuance. Fletcher Building has mandated Westpac, ANZ and Citi as Joint Lead Managers.
