13 October 2023 Results of Annual Shareholders' Meeting held 13 October 2023 At Barramundi Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Auckland (13 October 2023), and online, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: oTo re-elect Andy Coupe as a director of the company. oTo authorise an increase in the Directors' fee pool from $157,500 (plus GST if any) to $185,500 (plus GST if any), with effect from 1 July 2023. oTo authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year. Detail of the total number of votes cast in person, online or by a proxy holder are: Resolution: To re-elect Andy Coupe as a director of the company.
