KPG Master Trust Deed amendment – voting result

The special meeting of Kiwi Property bondholders holding KPG030 bonds, KPG040 bonds and/or KPG050 bonds (together, the Relevant Bonds) was held today. The purpose of the meeting was to vote on a special resolution to approve an amendment to the gearing ratio set out in the Master Trust Deed by increasing the ratio from 45% to 50%.
