KMD Brands Limited ASX / NZX / Media announcement 16 November 2023 Interim arrangements for KMD Brands Group CFO Further to the announcement on 7 July 2023, KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD, "KMD Brands" or the "Group") confirms that, following Chris Kinraid's resignation as Group Chief Financial Officer ("Group CFO"), his last day with KMD Brands will be Friday, 8th December 2023. While KMD Brands continues to recruit for a permanent Group CFO, Ben Washington, Deputy CFO, will provide interim cover for financial and investor aspects of the Group CFO role, and Lachlan Farran, Chief Commercial Officer, will absorb the remaining operational responsibilities on an interim basis, both with effect from 8th December 2023 until a permanent Group CFO appointment is made.
