Flux Federation CEO Resignation

Meridian Energy has today announced the resignation of the Flux Federation Limited CEO Nic Kennedy, effective from 2 July 2024. The Flux Board will shortly begin recruitment for a new CEO. Flux is a wholly-owned, independent subsidiary within the Meridian Group, with its own governance structure.
