Capital Change Notice - Share Buyback

Please see attached a capital change notice in relation to the buyback of 4,944 ordinary shares in New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) under the on-market share buyback programme announced to the market on 26 May 2023. NZL has acquired a total of 655,592 shares under the on-market share buyback programme and may acquire up to a further 4,694,408 shares under this programme.
