Annual Meeting Results Announcement

The Board of Argosy Property Limited is pleased to announce the poll results of the four resolutions put to the Company's Annual Meeting today: o Jeff Morrison was elected as a Director. o Stuart McLauchlan was elected as a Director. o The maximum aggregate Directors' fees increased from $828,000 to $853,000. o The Board was authorised to fix the auditor's fees and expenses.
