Executive Leadership Team changes Director of People & Culture Cathy Gamlen has resigned from Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait). Cathy will leave Synlait during the fourth quarter of 2024. During Cathy's tenure, she has played an instrumental role in resetting and rebuilding the company’s HR function, establishing coaching and talent programmes, and working with the Board and CEO to transform the Executive Leadership Team. Synlait thanks Cathy for her significant commitment and contribution to the company and wishes her all the very best.
