Change of addresses

Meridian Energy Limited (Meridian) advises that, effective on and from 2 August 2024: • Meridian’s New Zealand registered office and mailing address (for the purposes of rule 3.21.1(b) of the NZX listing rules); and • Meridian’s New Zealand registered office and principal administrative office (for the purposes of rule 3.14 of the ASX listing rules), will change to Level 2, 98 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, 6011.
