Shareholders will receive one GEN ordinary share for every 4 GEN ordinary shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Friday, 2 August 2024. In order for the share consolidation to be processed, GEN ordinary shares will be halted from pre-market open on Ex Date, Thursday, 1 August 2024. On Monday, 5 August 2024, trading will resume in GEN ordinary shares. A timetable of events is attached.
