Reclassification of non-voting shares as ordinary shares

Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX: CCC, AQUIS: COOK) has agreed with the trustees of the Nikau Trust to reclassify 707,000 of their non-voting shares as quoted ordinary shares, increasing the number of ordinary shares on issue. Accordingly, the Company now has 64,238,670 quoted ordinary voting shares and 500,000 unquoted non-voting shares (which may be reclassified on notice as quoted ordinary shares) on issue.
