Amended - Previously forfeit options were included in the total unlisted options quantity - the correct quantities are 12,749,367 unlisted options and total ordinary shares currently on issue of 160,746,737. ikeGPS Group Limited provides the attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the issue of 2,917,000 of unlisted options under the IKE Employee Share Scheme.
