Results of 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

At Air New Zealand’s shareholder meeting, held in Christchurch and virtually on Thursday, 26 September 2024, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board of Directors. Voting on the resolutions was by way of poll and both resolutions were approved by shareholders. Results of each resolution can be found in the attached document. Ends.
