Arvida Group Limited to be removed from the S&P/NZX Indices

SYDNEY, OCTOBER 15, 2024: S&P Dow Jones Indices (“S&P DJI”) announced today that it will remove Arvida Group Limited (XNZE: ARV) from the S&P/NZX Indices, subject to OIO and final court approval of the scheme of arrangement whereby the company will be acquired by Stonepeak Alps BidCo Limited.
