A total of 443,971 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce These consisted of: - 394,096 shares issued to employees as part of the F25 Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F25 Q2. - 49,875 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 30 September 2024. Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.2005 per share
