Being AI Limited advises that at a board meeting held this afternoon Brett O’Riley was elected independent chair of the Being AI Audit Committee. Two other directors were then elected as members of the Audit Committee – Andy Higgs and Katherine Allsopp-Smith (with alternate Evan Christian).
