A total of 422,074 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce These consisted of: - 374,020 shares issued to employees as part of the F25 Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F25 Q3. - 48,054 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 31 December 2024. Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.2081 per share
