Extension of Resignation of Independent Director

Further to the announcement made yesterday relating to the resignation of Brett O’Riley as Independent Director of Being AI Limited (BAI), BAI wishes to advise that Brett has agreed to extend the effective date of his resignation to 5pm on Friday 31 January to give the company further time to appoint his replacement.
