Swaption and contract for difference with Contact

Meridian Energy Limited and Contact Energy Limited (“Contact”) have entered into a swaption and contract for difference that support Contact's agreement to obtain ~2.8 PJ of gas from Methanex, as announced by Contact on 7 May 2025.
