Infratil completes increase of investment in CDC

On 18 February 2025, Infratil announced that, alongside The Future Fund, it had exercised pre-emption rights to acquire a 12.04% stake in CDC Data Centres (“CDC”) from Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, increasing Infratil’s ownership of CDC to 49.75% (“Acquisition”).
