MCK Dividend for FY2024

MCK has today resolved to declare a dividend for 2024 of three (3) cents per share to all MCK shareholders holding ordinary or redeemable preference shares. The dividend will be full imputed and paid to shareholders on 19 June. Distribution Notices for the ordinary and redeemable preference shares are attached to this announcement.
