Capital Change Notice – Issue under Management Agreement

Infratil provides the attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the issue of 7,742,298 ordinary shares ordinary shares to Morrison Infrastructure Management Limited as consideration for management services, as announced on 28 May 2025.
