D&O Disclosure of Lapse of Employee Share Options

Solution Dynamics Limited advises of the lapse of two tranches of employee share options relating to options to acquire: - 80,000 ordinary shares and - 120,000 ordinary shares, respectively pursuant to the SDL Employee Share Option Plan, as a result of the expiry of SDL share options that are not exercised during the relevant exercise period.
