Independent Director Determination

The Board of Directors of Argosy Property Limited has determined that Jeff Morrison, Stuart McLauchlan, Rachel Winder, Martin Stearne and Alex Cutler are Independent Directors for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1.
