Resignation of Auditor

AFC Group Holdings Limited (AFC) has received notice from its auditor, William Buck Audit (NZ) Limited, that it resigned as the auditors of AFC Group Holdings Limited, pursuant to section 207R of the Companies Act 1993 and other applicable legislation, effective immediately. The Board of AFC has commenced the process of identifying and appointing a new auditor with active discussions and will make a new announcement on their engagement in due course. William Buck Audit (NZ) Limited will cooperate with the incoming auditors as appropriate to ensure a smooth transition.
