Director Resignation

The Board of Green Cross Health (NZX:GXH) advises that Carolyn Steele has resigned as a director, in order to balance her governance responsibilities. Carolyn’s resignation will take effect as soon as a suitable replacement is appointed. Carolyn has served the company well over eight years and the Board is grateful for her dedication as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
