Change in Current Director Status With the increased holding in Pacific Edge Limited (5.81% holding in Pacific Edge Limited) by Opito Trust (of which Anatole Masfen is a beneficiary) which was approved at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on 6 August 2025 and the allotment of shares on 13 August 2025, Anatole Masfen is no longer treated as an Independent Director of Pacific Edge Limited.
