Ongoing Disclosure Notice

Please find attached an ongoing disclosure notice for the sale of ordinary shares in Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) by the trustees of the Holdaway and Geary Trust, a family trust of founder and Non-Executive Director, Murray Holdaway. The ordinary shares sold represent ~8% of the total shares in Vista Group held by the Holdaway and Geary Trust, being the remaining VGL shares acquired by the trustees of the Holdaway and Geary Trust during VGL's 2020 capital raise.
