Capital Change notices

Cooks Coffee Company Limited has provided capital change notices for - an issue of 1,680,672 ordinary shares in connection with entry into the master franchise agreement in India (announced in May 2025); and - a reclassification of 458,000 unquoted voting shares into ordinary shares. As a result, Cooks now has: 66,377,342 quoted voting shares on issue, and 42,000 unquoted non-voting shares (which may be reclassified on written notice as quoted ordinary shares).
