Capital Change Notice

Please refer to the attached a Capital Change Notice regarding the vesting and automatic exercise of performance rights and the issue of fully paid ordinary shares in connection with ATM's FY23 LTI plan. Also attached are copies of the equivalent ASX forms (Appendix 2A and Appendix 3G) and an ASX Appendix 3H form, notifying the lapse of a portion of performance rights.
