Amended SPH Notice - Regal Funds Management

Please see attached an amended Substantial Product Holder notice for Regal Funds Management Pty Ltd in Vista Group International Limited ("VGL"). This is to correct the notice released this morning, and the correction is as follows: Page 3: Details of transactions and events giving rise to substantial holding It wasn’t reference correctly to “Vista Group International Limited” in the first version. There was a typo to reference it to “Gentrack Group Ltd” Page 4: Becoming a substantial Shareholder by Regal Funds Management Pty Limited It wasn’t reference correctly to “VGL” in the first version.
