Meridian Energy AUD FX rate for 2025 final dividend

The foreign exchange rate used for Meridian Energy’s 2025 final ordinary dividend paid to Australian Investors in AUD has been set at $0.8952. Dividends will be paid on Tuesday, 23 September 2025. Attached is an updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 Notification of Dividend/Distribution released to the ASX.
