Please find attached a Capital Change Notice. A total of 395,811 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce These consisted of: - 353,003 shares issued to employees as part of the Quarterly Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F26 Q2; and - 42,808 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 30 Sept 2025. Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.2336 per share
