Details of Proposed Placement Share Issue

The proposed issue of up to 200,000,000 Shares in the Placement announced on 21 October 2025 will be completed in two (2) tranches. Tranche 1 comprising of 34,400,000 Shares will be completed within the Company's ASX Listing Rule 7.1 Placement Capacity. Tranche 2 comprising of 165,600,000 Shares is subject to Shareholder approval, to be sought at the November 2025 Annual General Meeting. The attached Appendix 3B provides further detail on the proposed issue.
