Updated Proposed Issue of Placement Shares

The Company will utilise the full placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 for the issue of Tranche 1 Placement Shares. The Company has available under its 15% Placement Capacity 34,441,027 Ordinary Shares and all these Shares will be issued in the Tranche 1 Placement.
