Annual Meeting Results of Voting

Please find attached the results of MOVE Logistics Group Limited's 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting held today. Shareholders were asked to vote on one resolution, which was supported by the Board. The resolution passed by shareholders was: • To record the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company’s auditor and to authorise the Directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuring year.
