Capital Change Notice

Genesis Energy Limited provides the attached capital change notices pursuant to listing rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the following: (a) the lapse of performance share rights in respect of 484,012 ordinary shares previously issued to senior employees pursuant to the FY 2023 Performance Share Rights Plan; and (b) the issue of performance share rights in respect of 1,499,368 ordinary shares to senior employees pursuant to the FY 2026 Genesis Energy Equity Incentive Plan.
