Warrants allotted

Me Today Limited (NZX: MEE) confirms that it has allotted 47,261,238 Series 1 (October 2026) Warrants (MEEWA) and 47,261,238 Series 2 (October 2027) Warrants (MEEWB) to holders of its 94,522,306 quoted ordinary shares (MEE) at 5pm on 7 November 2025 on the basis, in each case, of one warrant in each class for every two shares held.
