Results of FWL Annual Meeting – Revised

26 November 2025 For Immediate Release Results of FWL Annual Meeting – Revised At Foley Wines Limited’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held in Martinborough on 18 November 2025, shareholders were asked to vote on four ordinary resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. All four resolutions were passed by shareholders. Detail of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are attached. Due to a software issue a number of Proxy forms were not counted in the initial statistics released on 18 November 2025. The cause of this technology issue has been investigated and rectified. This did not change the results posted, in that all resolutions were passed by shareholders. Authorised for public release.
