Lapse of Performance Rights and Share Options

NZX: MPG | ASX: MPP 27 November 2025 Notification of Lapse of Performance Rights and Share Options Metro Performance Glass Limited (Metro) advises that the following equity instruments have lapsed in accordance with the terms of the relevant employee incentive schemes: • 3,803,594 Performance Rights • 9,419,188 Share Options Following this lapse, Metro now has: • 1,475,708 Performance Rights • 2,213,562 Share Options on issue. These remaining Performance Rights and Share Options were issued on 4 July 2023 under Metro’s 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan, the key features of which were set out in Metro’s announcement of the same date.
