Kiwi Property’s credit rating outlook revised to stable

Kiwi Property is pleased to advise that S&P Global Ratings has today revised the outlook for Kiwi Property’s issuer credit rating from ‘Negative’ to ‘Stable’, with the investment grade rating affirmed as BBB/Stable. Kiwi Property’s senior secured green bonds are rated one notch higher at BBB+.
